Holding to the tenet of "Serve the clients sincerely", we promise the following services:

1. All products have one year warranty. Since the date of shipment, the main mechanical parts, pneumatic parts and hydraulic parts are guaranteed for twelve months which is  free. Other wearing parts, like cutter, air spring, spray gun, belt and many more are guaranteed for three months which is also  free. During the warranty, we change the parts for free, but the postage fee from China to the buyer's country is the buyer's account.

02. The buyer can ask the seller to send engineer to the buyer's country for installing and adjusting the machines and training the buyer's operators. But the flight ticket from China to the clients country and back to China and the accommodation fee during the seller's engineer stay in the buyer's country are the buyer's account.
